Tip 7 - Own your stage No matter where you are performing whether it is a big stage or a small stage you need to communicate with your audience and this can only be done if you utilize you stage properly. You also need to entertain you audience and staying one place during a performance makes you look rigid and show lack of confidence. Your audience need to feel the song through you, they ALL need to enjoy you as you enjoy your song, they ALL need to get the joy of the song from you – with emphasis placed on the word ‘ALL’.
